I am thinking about buying a car that has been imported from outside Europe. Would you be able to provide cover?

We are unable to cover any Japanese imports, and generally we will not be able to cover cars that have been imported from outside Europe. We would advise you to contact a specialist in imported cars, who would be able to provide a suitable policy. You could start by looking in a specialist car magazine for a list of insurers.

Classic cars require a unique type of cover. We would suggest you to contact a classic car specialist who will be able to provide a suitable policy. You could start by looking in a classic car magazine for a list of specialists or contact a local high street broker.

Do you insure young drivers?

Yes - If you're aged 18 to 25 your could reduce your insurance costs if you drive only during 6am to 11pm - we'll reward you by cutting 40% off a normal MORE TH>N premium.

An engineer installs a GPS device or 'DriveTime' unit in your car at no extra charge for the period of insurance. The smarter you are, by driving only in the "Green" Hours, the more you'll save.

What is the maximum age you will insure?

How many motoring convictions do you accept?

We need to know about any convictions for you or any named drivers within the last 5 years. The number of convictions that we accept will depend on age of drivers, group of car and date of convictions.

Can you provide cover for my caravan as well as my car?

If your car is covered by us, we will provide Third Party Only cover when you are towing your caravan. If you require cover for the caravan itself, we would suggest you contact a caravan club who will be able to provide comprehensive cover.

My car has been modified; will you be able to provide cover?

We will not be able to provide cover if your car has been modified to increase the top speed or acceleration.

I have been driving a company car for the last 5 years. Will you allow me any No Claim Bonus?

If you have recently stopped driving your company car, we will normally be able to provide you with the equivalent number of years No Claim Bonus. However, this will depend on certain factors such as age of drivers, accidents, claims and convictions.

I take my car to Europe at least 5 months of the year. Can you provide cover?

We can cover you for a maximum of 365 days abroad.
